```Duties```
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and issuing statements
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

```Experience```
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quicken or similar programs
- Knowledge of debits and credits principles
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or UltiPro is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform account reconciliations accurately
- Solid understanding of technical accounting concepts and ability to analyze financial data
- Experience in corporate accounting is preferred
- Familiarity with ADP or other payroll processing systems is a plus
